 CREATING

Everyone is capable of creating. There is creativity everywhere and in everyone, and how each person expresses it depends on the individual. Of course, there are natural abilities, and there are people who, due to certain conditions, do not have exactly the same opportunities as others.

But everyone has some kind of tool to express themselves in the world — or at least very, very many people do.

In any case, many more people have the opportunity and ability to create and express their creativity in some way than they do or believe they can.

This is going to be a stupid analogy, but I like it just because of its simplicity, that creativity is like a weed. It makes its way everywhere. And it is very difficult to suppress or eradicate it. It is simply impossible.

Once saw a video of people painting with their mouths or feet and making amazing pictures. But you wouldn't think that anything like that could be done without hands. We think that things like painting can only be done with hands, because it requires precision and meticulousness.

But no. People are able to overcome even such obstacles simply because of their very strong determination to create or being able to achieve something very important to them. A good example of this is the case of Paralympians.

But sometimes, even if a person has everything they need, they still don't start creating. Maybe because they don't believe in themselves or maybe because no one believes in them and this makes them insecure. And if their initial attempt also becomes the subject of ridicule, then probably if their determination is not strong enough, they will give up.

But what I am sure of, completely and totally sure (I don't know why? 😊) is that everyone is capable of creating. And here I would like to put the emphasis on the ability. At the same time, I would like to draw the attention of my dear readers to the fact that if they come across such initiatives or such or similar wing-taker in their environment, to encourage them, even if only with a kind word, it certainly means a lot on this path. Whether it is successful or not, creation always leads somewhere.

THE WONDERFUL YOGURT, KEFÍR AND AYRAN

I love yogurt, and fortunately there is a wide selection from it, in here.

People mainly buy the plain yogurt and I do too. I like the fruit kefÍr the most. Both are affordable and of very good quality (except when it has gone bad 😊) Why are they affordable and of good quality? I think it is because they are produced locally and made from local milk. Everything is domestic. There is a lot of cattle farming, in short, there is a lot of milk. Thanks to this, there are all kinds of delicacies made from milk. Yes. Cheese too. 😊 I will write about this another time.

Back to yogurt. Many people don't buy it in the store but make it at home. For this you need to buy fresh milk and not store-bought, but that's not a problem because many small stores sell fresh milk. I don't like it and I don't know exactly how to make yogurt at home, but I looked it up 😊 you need a little fresh milk and yeast. Then just let it stand and your homemade yogurt is ready. Fresh milk (but I'm watching a video now that says any milk is good for this) needs to be boiled before using. If anyone wants to, you can watch it here, I'll add that I've never made yogurt before.

But this has a different smell than the store-bought and the dairy products made from it have a different smell and taste. In my opinion, Turkish dairy products are very high quality and delicious.

Then there is ‘ayran’.

It is especially good in the summer, because due to the high heat, people lose a lot of salt through sweating, and this drink is made from yogurt and is salty. It is actually water and salt added to yogurt. It can be found in many different packages in stores, buffets, restaurants, etc. There is a very interesting little video here about the history of yogurt:

The most surprising thing for me is that the large yogurts in the stores are the most popular and the smaller ones, e.g. the 2dl yogurt, are less often bought here. At home, in Hungary, the 2dl version is much more common and generally bought. I would not have thought that so much yogurt would be consumed in a household, but it is. People eat a lot of yogurt here, and so do I. Not just on its own, but also used to make soups, dishes, cakes, dressings, toppings... in short, everything. There is rarely a day that doesn't have yogurt on the table in some form. Here for example in a soup and ayram form.

Yogurt has many health benefits. Regular consumption improves digestion, strengthens the immune system and intestinal flora, and supports the health of bones, muscles and the nervous system thanks to its high calcium, phosphorus and protein content. It has an anti-inflammatory effect, helps regulate blood pressure and may reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

I am a little confused about this anti-inflammatory effect, because I have read elsewhere that we should not consume dairy products in case of inflammation, especially in case of inflammation in the mouth and throat. Hm! Well, let's definitely follow the doctor's instructions... I say. 😊

However, it is a proven practice that if a person takes antibiotics and as a result has eliminated certain beneficial bacteria from their body, and since yogurt, as a natural probiotic, is able to rebuild them in the body, many people consume yogurt after taking antibiotics... and it is effective.

MANIPULATION

Is there anything or anyone in the world who can’t be manipluated? No! At least not the people and not what the people are created. Maybe the only creatures (some) are animals who can’t be manipulated by people. The wild ones especially. The predators. The ones who are not domesticated therefore they don’t depend on human.

But the easiest to manipulate and to be manipulated by, is the internet. Many people are takeing guaranteed what they read or see in there. Big percentage of the world population are using the internet on daily bases for their daily life, studies, professional life or just killing the time. But they don’t know what they find there is „true” or „false” aaaaaaand the worst is many times, they don’t even question it!

Anything on the internet can be manipulated, but any infromation ont he media as well. Pictures, videos, strories…no limit. So that’s it. If you relay yourself only on the internet you maybe be led to a very false way. A very false way of thinking about the world, about other people, even about yourself.

Why is it easy to manipulate people? Beacuse they are full of fears and desires and they are craving for love and to belong to somewhere. This is how we are constructed. This is our blessing and curse. Takeing advantage on this and using knowledge and power against others and causing more suffering is a cruelty and a misstake in your expectations.

Here I’d like to share with you this beautiful thought from Silo’s Message, which I can’t reflect about it enough:

„ Good knowledge leads to justice.

Good knowledge leads to reconciliation.

Good knowledge also leads us to decipher the sacred in the depths of our consiciousness.”

Silo’s Message, Recognition

This also means to me that the knowledge which isn’t used in the sake of well being is not a good knowledge or a knowledge which is used in not the right way.

DO NO HARM

Someone once said something very beautiful and wise to me, which I later interpreted as:" If you can't do anything good, at least don't cause any more suffering to others." I think that's pretty good.

Just reflect about it for one moment, how fantastic is this idea! If you can't do anything good, at least don't do anything that causes more suffering.

There's not much we can contribute to the way the world is going because we're too small for that (everyone is too small for that, even those who think they're very big) but certainly we can contribute to it by causing more, or less suffering.

I don't want to go into too much detail here, but suffice it to say that I like this idea and this purpose resonates with me somehow.

That, yes, I can't do big things, I can't, but I can do this "small" things which maybe for me is a very big thing, such as I try not to cause more suffering where I am. Not to cause suffering to others (Iam still reflecting on this...) And if I can do a little bit more than that and contribute something very very very small good, to make someone feel better for a moment, (for example) and to make everything a little bit 💥 "brighter" for a moment, then I will do it in my own way.

In my little "mouse" way. Because sometimes I feel like a little mouse, but even a little mouse can bring joy. Tiny, little mouse joy. 😊
